Snow Day from the Past | Chicago Western Suburbs Photography

Today after what has to be so far the most snow-less winter in Chicago, I finally see a few fluffy flakes drifting down.  This reminds me of a photo session we had outside in a back yard.  Although it was a normal back yard, the huge amount of snow that fell quickly made the area look like a wilderness.  




My two models, Jay and Ethan, dived into this pristine scene with both feet!  We got some outstanding pictures of the snow, the trees and the kids that made you feel the cold just looking at them.  It just goes to show that great location portraits don't have to be far away, they can be as close as your own back yard!
